SHIPPING & RETURNS
Free domestic shipping, excluding the non-contiguous states of Hawaii and Alaska and off-shore United States territories, is completed with First Class mail (3-8 business days); Option for expedited shipping by Priority Mail (1-3 business days) is offered at checkout for $6 and includes insurance for up to $50. Free Priority Shipping for purchases over $100. California residents shall be subject to sales tax, included at checkout.
Free international shipping for orders over $100, otherwise flat rate shipping for $7. Please be aware that for international deliveries, the order may take up to 14 business days to arrive. Customers shall be responsible for all duties and taxes applicable to the delivery.
All Inventery purchases shall be shipped using United States Postal Service. Orders shall be processed and sent out for delivery 1-2 business days following purchase.
All receipts and tracking information are emailed shortly after the transaction is processed and, therefore, billing information is not included in our packaging.
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact email@example.com immediately and we will assist as best as we can. Please be reminded that Inventery is not responsible for stolen packages after the package has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, and kindly ask that all items be in the same condition as when received and in original packaging.
After 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. All Sale items are final sale.
The customer shall be responsible for all necessary shipping costs back to Inventery. We recommend that returns be shipped with tracking information.
Inventery is not liable for any damaged or lost packages during the return process. Once we are in receipt of the return and have inspected it, we will process the return in the form of the original payment.
